Timing was tricky as we were not expecting it to be needed but it badly had to be done. Greg made it work for us which was very helpful. The best part? Based on the condition of the carpets we were starting to think about replacement. After the one carpet cleaning provided service we wouldn’t even think of replacement now. Carpet looks new and great care and attention was paid into restoring a few stained areas. The quality was so good, I ended up having a worn indoor rug done and again it looks like new. Decided I’d challenge him with a couple of well soiled outdoor rugs yet again good as new. You won’t find anyone in the lower mainland who is as skilled, helpful or experienced as Greg. I had such a great first time experience with The One carpet cleaning. Greg went above and beyond to get every stain in my room out. He did such a fantastic job and was very clean and efficient. His prices are fair and he even comes back for touch ups if any stain shows up again. I loved his work and would definitely recommend him!!

Our carpet was in the shape of a mission impossible. hired Greg to do the job of our dining room and living room carpet which had stains we couldn’t remove for years. Greg was prompt and efficient with his service, he took the time to make sure all the stains were gone using professional equipment. Both my wife and I were in awe when we saw the carpet which looked brand new. It was truly a jaw dropping experience. My carpets were badly stained and at one point my husband wanted to throw them out and buy new. Greg’s focus and timing was impeccable, my carpets look brand new!
